SESH PRODUCTS x LIGHTNING IN A BOTTLE SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER SWEEPSTAKES OR WIN PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

2. SPONSOR: The Sesh Products x Lightning in a Bottle Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Sesh Products US Inc., 3600 S Congress Ave #G600, Austin, TX 78704 (the "Sponsor" or "Sesh").

3. CONDUCT:  This Sweepstakes is governed by these official rules ("Official Rules"). By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and that the decisions of the Sponsor shall be final and binding in all respects. The Official Rules will be posted on the following website: https://seshproducts.com/pages/promotion-terms-and-conditions.

4. TWO (2) SEPARATE SWEEPSTAKES: This promotion consists of two (2) independent sweepstakes, each with its own entry period, prize, and winner selection. Entry into one sweepstakes does not constitute entry into the other unless the entrant selects "Both" at the time of entry.

Sweepstakes A – 2 VIP Ticket Upgrades: Entry Period begins May 20, 2026, at 9:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends May 22, 2026, at 1:00 PM PT.

Sweepstakes B – Yeti Cooler: Entry Period begins May 20, 2026, at 9:00 AM PT and ends May 24, 2026, at 1:00 PM PT.

Each entry period is referred to individually as a "Sweepstakes Period."

5. HOW TO ENTER:  During the applicable Sweepstakes Period, visit sesh-form.com and complete the entry form with all required information, including name, phone number, date of birth, email address, and prize selection (2 VIP Ticket Upgrades, Yeti Cooler, or Both). Regardless of entry method, you may enter only once per person/email address per sweepstakes during the applicable Sweepstakes Period. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries must be submitted within the applicable Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. The use of automated, programmed, or multiple entries (including using different email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent entry limits) is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time. Void where prohibited or restricted.

6. ELIGIBILITY:  Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, excluding residents of Alaska, Arkansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older as of May 20, 2026, and current users of tobacco or nicotine products. For Sweepstakes A (2 VIP Ticket Upgrades), entry is additionally restricted to attendees who possess a valid Lightning in a Bottle wristband at the time of entry. Attendance at the Lightning in a Bottle festival is not required to enter Sweepstakes B (Yeti Cooler). The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Employees, officers, shareholders, and directors (as well as any immediate family member of and any person living in the same household as any employee, officer, shareholder, or director) of the Sponsor, Lightning in a Bottle, or their affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, and agencies, and those of any other person or entity involved with the design, production, execution, or distribution of this Sweepstakes, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or to win any prizes. Illegible, unintelligible, or incomplete entries or responses will be disqualified. Any Sweepstakes entries received from an ineligible participant will be disqualified.

7. DRAWING:  

Sweepstakes A: A random drawing will be conducted on or about 2:00 PM PT on May 22, 2026, by Sponsor to select one (1) entry (the "potential winner") from among all eligible entries received for Sweepstakes A.

Sweepstakes B: A random drawing will be conducted on or about 2:00 PM PT on May 24, 2026, by Sponsor to select one (1) entry (the "potential winner") from among all eligible entries received for Sweepstakes B.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each respective sweepstakes.

8. PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION: Each potential winner will be notified by text message at the phone number provided at entry on or about the applicable drawing date listed in Section 7. The potential winner must respond and accept the prize within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and Sponsor may, at its discretion, select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. If a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise non-compliant with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The receipt of the prize is conditioned upon compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY A WINNER (AS DETERMINED BY SPONSOR IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION, AND THE WINNER'S PRIZE MAY BE FORFEITED.

9. RIGHT OF PUBLICITY:  Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes and acceptance of a Prize constitute the winner's permission for the Sponsor to use their name, prize won, hometown, likeness, photographs, voice, and statements—as well as any videos featuring the winner—for advertising, promotion, and publicity purposes (including online and on social media) in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants waive all rights to, and hold the Sponsor and Lightning in a Bottle harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, inability to use, or misuse of any prize. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Sweepstakes or use/misuse or redemption of any Prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the Prizes. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Sponsor will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notifications due to incorrect or non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions; lost or unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, or delayed electronic communications caused by any system or equipment involved in the Sweepstakes; human error in processing entries; or any other error in the administration of the Sweepstakes. If, in the Sponsor's opinion, there is an error, or if tampering, fraud, or technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes at its sole discretion. In the event of termination, Sponsor may, in its discretion, select a winner from all eligible entries received prior to termination. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any third-party brands, companies, or event venues where promotional materials may be displayed.

11. PRIZE:  

Sweepstakes A – Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive two (2) VIP ticket upgrades to the Lightning in a Bottle music festival, located in Buena Vista Lake, CA. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,278.00 USD. The VIP upgrade is valid only for the current festival dates and is non-transferable to future events. Winner must possess a valid Lightning in a Bottle wristband to redeem the VIP upgrade.

Sweepstakes B – Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) Yeti Cooler. ARV: $650.00 USD.

Total ARV of all prizes: $1,928.00 USD.

All prizes consist only of the items specifically listed above. All additional expenses incurred, including but not limited to any applicable taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Sponsor. No substitution of any prize or transfer/assignment/sale of any prize to others, or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate winner through a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held per sweepstakes, after which the applicable prize will remain unawarded.

12. ADDITIONAL TERMS:  If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such cases, the Sponsor may conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received at the time of termination. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is also not responsible for any technical malfunctions, telephone network issues, computer systems, servers, providers, or software, or for any email or entry not being received due to technical problems, human error, or Internet traffic congestion. In the event the Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, pandemic, earthquake, strike, act of God, equipment failure, or any governmental action or regulation, the Sponsor reserves the right, subject to any necessary governmental approval, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. Only the prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded.

13. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM:  Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Texas, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Austin, Texas.

14. PRIVACY:  Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy at https://seshproducts.com/policies/privacy-policy. If the entrant opts in during registration, they will receive marketing communications from Sesh, which may be opted out of at any time. 

15. WINNERS LIST:  For the names of the prize winners, available after June 7, 2026, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: Sesh Products US Inc., 3600 S Congress Ave #G600, Austin, TX 78704.
