OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER SWEEPSTAKES OR WIN PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

SPONSOR:  The Sesh Products x SS Greenlight Racing Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Sesh Products US Inc., 8 The Green #16334 Dover, DE 19901, United States (the “Sponsor” or “Sesh”).

1. CONDUCT:  This Sweepstakes is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”).  By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and that the decisions of the Sponsor shall be final and binding in all respects.  The Official Rules will be posted on the following website: https://seshproducts.com/pages/ssgreenlightracingsweepstakes
2. HOW TO ENTER:  Beginning on April 12, 2024, at 11:00 AM Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) through April 12, 2024, at 5:00 PM CDT (the “Sweepstakes Period”), either: (1) be present at the in-person Sesh event at 15901 N Fwy, Fort Worth, TX 76177 between the hours of 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM CDT on April 12, 2024, and follow the on-site instructions to submit a sweepstakes entry; or (2) log on to https://seshproducts.com/pages/ssgreenlightracingsweepstakes and follow the on-screen entry instructions.  Fill in all required information. Regardless of entry method, you may enter only once, and no more than one entry per person or email address is permitted.  All methods of entry have an equal chance of winning.  All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.  Unless otherwise specified, all entries must be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period.  Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification.  You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.  Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the sweepstakes at any time.  Void where prohibited or restricted. 
3. ELIGIBILITY:  Open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories and possessions, foreign-based United States Military Installations, or where otherwise restricted or prohibited by law) 21 years of age and older as of April 12, 2024, who are current users of tobacco or nicotine products.  The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  Employees, officers, shareholders, and directors (as well as any immediate family member of and any person living in the same household as any employee, officer, shareholder, or director) of the Sponsor, SS Greenlight Racing, or their affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, and agencies, and those of any other person or entity involved with the design, production, execution, or distribution of this Sweepstakes, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or to win any prizes.  Illegible, unintelligible, or incomplete entries or responses will be disqualified.  Any Sweepstakes entries received from an ineligible participant will be disqualified. 
4. DRAWING:  A random drawing will be conducted on or about 5:00 PM CDT on April 12, 2024, by Sponsor to select an entry (the “potential winner”) from among all eligible entries received.  Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. 
5. PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION:  DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRIZE, TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE. ENTRANTS SELECTED AS A POTENTIAL WINNER WHO DO NOT PROMPTLY RESPOND WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. POTENTIAL WINNER WILL BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL/PHONE (IN THE SPONSOR’S DISCRETION) ON OR ABOUT 5:30 PM CDT ON APRIL 12, 2024, AND MUST RESPOND AND ACCEPT THE PRIZE WITHIN TWENTY (20) MINUTES OF THE TIME THE NOTICE IS RECEIVED.  Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner.  The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.  All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner.  Potential winner must affirm and attest to his or her eligibility and ability to redeem the prize in-person, at his or her own expense, by April 13, 2024, at no later than 2:00 PM CDT at 15901 N Fwy, Forth Worth, TX, 76177.  Sponsor is not responsible for any costs arising from or related to travel necessary to or otherwise associated with redemption or use of the prize.  Additionally, potential winner acknowledges that prizes are distributed at discretion of NASCAR and SS Greenlight Racing and are subject to any limitations that may be imposed by NASCAR or SS Greenlight Racing, including, but not limited to, the requirement to sign a liability waiver.  If the potential winner does not affirm that they are willing and able to redeem the prize, including under these conditions, his or her entry shall be disqualified, and another entry may be selected from the pool of eligible entries.  If a potential winner does not claim the prize at the location at the aforementioned time, no alternative winner shall be selected.  The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations.  ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
6. RIGHT OF PUBLICITY:  Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes and acceptance of the Prize constitute permission to use the winner’s name, the Prize won, the winner’s hometown, likeness, photographs, voice, and statements as well as videos of the winner for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity (including online posting on social media outlets) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission. 
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Sponsor, SS Greenlight Racing, and NASCAR harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, inability to use, or misuse of any prize.  Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Sweepstakes or use/misuse or redemption of the Prize.  The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the Prize.  SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  Sponsor will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize.  If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify this Sweepstakes.  In the event of termination, Sponsor may, in its discretion, select a winner from among all eligible entries received as of the time of termination.  This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Bucc-ee’s, NASCAR, Andy’s Frozen Custard, or the Texas Motor Speedway.
8. PRIZE:  Three (3) grand prize winners will receive two (2) VIP tickets, including “hot” passes to the SS Green Light Racing team garage at the Texas Motor Speedway, for the Andy’s Frozen Custard 300 scheduled to take place on April 13, 2024.  Total prize value: Approximately $3,000 United States Dollars (“USD”).  The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor, and the value shall not exceed $5,000 USD.  Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.  All additional expenses incurred are solely the winner’s responsibility.  Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation, any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, airfare, accommodation, ground transportation, and food and beverage costs shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.  Each Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Sponsor.  No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment/sale of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.  Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use each winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.  If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.  Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. 
9. ADDITIONAL TERMS:  If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes, at which time, the Sponsor may conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received at the time of the termination of the Sweepstakes.  The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.  The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions or any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on‑line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problems, human error, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials for this Sweepstakes.  In the event the Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then, subject to any governmental approval that may be required, the Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes.  Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded.
10. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM:  Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Delaware without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof.  Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Dover, Delaware.
11. PRIVACY:  Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy at https://seshproducts.com/policies/privacy-policy. 
12. WINNERS LIST:  For the name of the prize winner, available after April 20, 2024, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: Sesh Products US Inc., 8 The Green #16334 Dover, DE 19901, United States.
