All six flavors in one strength. The easiest way to find yours.
Found your flavor?
Once you know your flavor, buy it in bulk. Five of the six come as 200-pouch refill bags: Mint, Wintergreen, Mango, Cappuccino and Clear. Raspberry Lemon is cans only for now.
No tobacco. Ten ingredients: nicotine held in a beta-cyclodextrin complex, plant-based Alba fiber, MCT oil from coconut, glycerol, purified water, and the flavor and sweetener systems on top. Designed in Sweden, made in America.
That's the same build across all six flavors. What changes is the flavor and how long it stays with you — every pouch is tuned for up to 30 minutes of long-lasting satisfaction, and the flavor rides along for most of it.

Worth knowing on a flavor page: how you use the pouch changes how the flavor arrives.
Park it between lip and gum and the flavor comes on slow and even. A few gentle chews and it speeds up. Park it again, chew again later for another lift. That's the patented gum base doing the work — the same can behaves differently depending on how you run it, which matters more with the bolder flavors than with Clear.
Both are cool. They're not the same cool.
Mint is spearmint and peppermint working together — spearmint rounds it out, peppermint gives it the edge. It's the closest thing in the range to a strong mint gum, and it's where most people start.
Wintergreen is a different animal. Sweeter, smoother, more of a slow cool than a sharp one. If you've used wintergreen before, you already know whether you're in. If you haven't, it's worth one can to find out.
Can't decide? Most people who pick one end up keeping the other in rotation anyway.
Mango is the full-sweet option — tropical, juicy, and it holds its flavor longer than you'd expect from a fruit. It's the one people reach for when they've had enough mint for one day.
Raspberry Lemon is sharper. The citrus leads, the berry follows, and it finishes clean. Brighter than Mango, less sweet, and the closest thing to a reset button in the lineup.
Creamy coffee, a little sweetness, no bitterness. Cappuccino is the flavor nobody's neutral about — you either go straight to it or you never touch it. Works with a coffee. Works instead of one.
Clear has no added flavor. Same pouch, same Precision Strength options, nothing layered on top.
People choose unflavored on purpose. You've been on mint for six months and you're done with it. You're about to be on a call and you don't want a flavor announcing itself. Or you just prefer the pouch without the extras. If you've never run an unflavored pouch, don't assume it's a mild version of something else — it's its own thing.
These are two separate decisions, and all six Sesh+ flavors come in 4, 6 and 8mg.
Start with the flavor you'll actually want in your pocket. Then set the strength. If you're not sure where to land on strength, the first-time buyer guide walks through it.
Not the flavor itself, but it changes how you read it.
At 4mg the flavor sits out front — Mango tastes sweeter, Cappuccino tastes creamier, and Clear tastes like almost nothing at all. At 8mg there's more going on, and the flavor shares the space rather than leading it. Same pouch, same flavor, different balance.
This is worth knowing if you're switching strengths and keeping your flavor. People who move from 4mg to 8mg on Mint often think the flavor got weaker. It didn't — Precision Strength means the flavor is unchanged and there's simply more alongside it. Give it three or four cans before you decide the flavor changed on you.
