OFFICIAL RULES

SESH x POST MALONE AUSTIN EXPERIENCE SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, EXCLUDING FLORIDA, MICHIGAN, NEW YORK, AND VIRGINIA, WHO ARE TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY AND ARE CURRENT USERS OF TOBACCO OR NICOTINE PRODUCTS. VOID IN FLORIDA, MICHIGAN, NEW YORK, VIRGINIA, AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY UNITED STATES LAW.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Sesh x Post Malone Austin Experience Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Florida, Michigan, New York, and Virginia, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry and who are current users of tobacco or nicotine products.

Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and agents of Sesh Products US Inc. (“Sponsor”), Murphy Oil USA, Inc.  (“Promotional Partner”), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors, retailers, prize suppliers, and any other person or entity involved in the design, development, administration, promotion, execution, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, as well as members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, and sibling, whether biological, adopted, step, or in-law) and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements stated in these Official Rules.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on September 21, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on October 15, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may enter without purchase by visiting the Sweepstakes entry page at: 

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the entry form by providing all required information, including entrant’s first and last name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and ZIP code, and all required eligibility certifications as well as an acceptance of these Official Rules. An entry is complete only when the form has been successfully submitted and received by Sponsor’s servers during the Sweepstakes Period.

Promotional Partner may advertise or promote the Sweepstakes and provide a link directing eligible consumers to the Sweepstakes entry page. Promotional Partner is not responsible for winner selection or prize fulfillment under these Official Rules.

Entry Limit

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different identities, email addresses, registrations, accounts, automated methods, or any other method will void all entries associated with that entrant and may result in disqualification, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

No purchase, payment, Promotional Partner rewards program account, Sesh purchase, or consent to receive marketing communications is required to enter. Any optional marketing consent presented on the entry form is separate from entry into the Sweepstakes and will not affect an entrant’s chances of winning.

4. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Automated, robotic, programmed, script, macro, or other non-human methods of entry are prohibited. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits false or misleading information, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive, abusive, fraudulent, or unsportsmanlike manner.

In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. A potential winner may be required to provide proof that they are the authorized account holder.

If an entrant uses a mobile phone or other web-enabled device to enter, standard data, message, and carrier rates may apply. Entrants are solely responsible for any such charges.

5. RANDOM DRAWING; ODDS

Five (5) potential Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on October 9, 2026, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or Sponsor’s designated independent administrator. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

DUE TO THE FIXED DATE OF THE EVENT, TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE. Potential winners will be notified by email and/or telephone using the information provided on the entry form and will be required to respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the time the notification is sent, or within such shorter period as Sponsor may reasonably require due to ticketing or travel deadlines.

Each potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release (where lawful), IRS Form W-9 and/or other tax documentation, travel forms, and any other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor within the time stated in the notification. A winner’s guest will be required to be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and may be required to sign and return a liability/publicity release and travel documentation before ticketing or travel is booked.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, fails to provide required documentation, is found to be ineligible, cannot travel on the designated dates, cannot attend the Event, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and the prize may be awarded to an alternate potential winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting, and in the sole discretion of Sponsor.

A potential winner is not an official winner unless and until Sponsor verifies eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor will verify that the winner was at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry.

7. PRIZE DETAILS

Five (5) Grand Prizes will be awarded. Each Grand Prize consists of an Austin, Texas, trip for the winner and one (1) guest in connection with the Post Malone performance scheduled for Saturday, October 24, 2026, at Circuit of The Americas in Austin, Texas (the “Event”).

Each Grand Prize package is expected to include:

• Two (2) tickets providing access to the Event for the winner and one (1) guest;
• Round-trip, economy-class air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest from a major commercial airport near the winner’s primary residence to the Austin, Texas, area, with flights selected, arranged, and paid for directly by Sponsor or Sponsor’s designated travel provider;
• Two (2) nights of standard hotel accommodations in the Austin, Texas, area for the winner and one (1) guest, based on one (1) room and double occupancy, with the hotel selected and booked by Sponsor;
• Ground transportation in the Austin area associated with airport/hotel transfers and/or the Event, as determined by Sponsor; and
• A food, beverage, and/or entertainment allowance for use during the trip, in an amount and form determined by Sponsor.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $3,500 USD. The total ARV of all five (5) Grand Prizes is $17,500 USD. Actual value may vary based on the winner’s point of departure, airfare, hotel rates, ticket values, transportation costs, and other factors. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of a prize will not be awarded in cash or otherwise.

Travel Conditions

Travel is expected to consist of a two-night stay surrounding the Event, currently anticipated for October 23 through October 25, 2026, subject to Sponsor’s final itinerary. Exact travel dates, departure city, flight schedules, carriers, hotel, room type, transportation, and other itinerary elements will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner and guest must be available to travel on the dates designated by Sponsor. If a winner cannot travel on the designated dates or attend the Event, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate potential winner, time permitting, and in the sole discretion of Sponsor.

Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and must possess all valid government-issued identification and other documentation required for travel. Sponsor is not responsible for missed flights, missed connections, delays, or other travel disruptions caused by the winner or guest. If a winner resides sufficiently close to Austin, Texas, that Sponsor determines air transportation is unnecessary or impractical, Sponsor may provide ground transportation or another reasonable transportation arrangement instead. No cash or other compensation will be provided for any resulting difference in value.

Hotel accommodations are based on one (1) standard room, double occupancy. The hotel may require the winner to present a valid credit or debit card at check-in for incidental charges. Unless expressly stated as included, baggage fees, parking, room service, minibar charges, additional meals or beverages, personal expenses, gratuities, upgrades, changes to travel requested by the winner or guest, and any other incidental expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest.

Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with acceptance or use of the Grand Prize that are not expressly stated as included. Sponsor may require tax information and may issue tax reporting documentation as required by law.

Event and Prize Restrictions

Admission to and participation in the Event are subject to all ticket terms and all rules, policies, restrictions, security procedures, and other requirements imposed by the venue, ticket issuer, Event organizer and/or promoter. Winner and guest may be denied entry to or removed from the Event for failure to comply with applicable rules or for conduct deemed disorderly, unsafe, intoxicated, or otherwise objectionable, without compensation.

Sponsor and the Released Parties (defined below) are not responsible if the Event is delayed, postponed, relocated, cancelled, rescheduled, held without spectators, or otherwise affected for any reason. If a Grand Prize or any component cannot be awarded as described, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, to substitute the affected component with a prize or component of equal or greater value. No cash equivalent is available except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Grand Prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, auctioned, or redeemed for cash. Lost, stolen, mutilated or unused tickets, travel documents, cards, or other Grand Prize components will not be replaced except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) Grand Prize per person and household.

8. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Grand Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and Promotional Partner to use the winner’s name, voice, biographical information, city and state of residence, statements, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, review, or approval. Any such use will be subject to applicable law and any publicity release required by Sponsor.

9. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Promotional Partner, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors, retailers, prize suppliers, Event organizers, venue operators, ticketing providers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, injury, death, expense, or cause of action arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or redemption of any Grand Prize, including travel and attendance at the Event, except to the extent such release is prohibited by law.

The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical, printing, human, technical, electronic, network, server, website, telecommunications, computer, hardware, or software error; interrupted or unavailable Internet or wireless service; lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or undeliverable entries or communications; or any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer or device arising from participation in the Sweepstakes.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, viruses, bugs, tampering, force majeure events, governmental action, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the stated end date, Sponsor may select winners from among eligible entries received before the action was taken, or otherwise in a manner Sponsor determines to be fair and equitable, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual Sponsor determines has attempted to tamper with or abuse the entry process, circumvent the entry limit, act in violation of these Official Rules, or threaten, harass, or abuse another person. Any deliberate attempt to damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Released Parties are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic or public health event, labor dispute, civil disturbance, terrorism, war, governmental order, venue closure, transportation disruption, carrier cancellation, equipment failure, or similar event.

11. ROLE OF PROMOTIONAL PARTNER

Promotional Partner is participating solely by advertising the Sweepstakes and/or providing consumers with a link to the entry page. Sponsor is responsible for administration of the Sweepstakes, receipt of entries, random drawing, winner verification, and prize fulfillment. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Promotional Partner is not responsible for selecting winners, administering the entry database, booking winner travel, or fulfilling prizes.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND CHOICE OF LAW

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any Grand Prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas in Austin, Texas, or the appropriate Texas state court located in Travis County, Texas; and (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees, punitive damages, incidental damages, and consequential damages, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

These Official Rules and all matters relating to the Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of another jurisdiction’s laws.

13. PRIVACY

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor to administer and fulfill the Sweepstakes and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy available at https://seshproducts.com/policies/privacy-policy. If a separate consent to receive marketing communications is presented, that consent is optional and is not required to enter or win.

If verified as a winner, an entrant’s first name, last initial, city, and state may be included on a publicly available winners list to the extent permitted or required by law.

14. INVALIDITY

These Official Rules may be modified only by a written document or official amendment issued by Sponsor in accordance with applicable law. If any provision is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect and will be construed as if the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision were not contained herein.

19. EVENT / THIRD-PARTY DISCLAIMER

The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, and is not associated with, Post Malone, Circuit of The Americas, Live Nation, the Event promoter, ticket issuer, venue owner/operator, or any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates, unless expressly stated otherwise. All third-party names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

20. SHORT-FORM RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Purchase does not increase odds of winning. Open to legal residents of the United States and D.C., excluding FL, MI, NY, and VA, who are 21+ at the time of entry and are current users of tobacco or nicotine products. Sweepstakes begins September 21, 2026, and ends October 15, 2026. Random drawing October 16, 2026. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address during the entire Sweepstakes Period.
