Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO CURRENT USERS OF TOBACCO OR NICOTINE PRODUCTS WHO ARE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF one of the forty-seven (47) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island AND AT LEAST TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. SWEEPSTAKES WILL BE GOVERNED BY UNITED STATES LAW. VOID IN NEW YORK, FLORIDA, RHODE ISLAND, AND WHEREEVER ELSE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. ELIGIBILITY:

The “Town Pump x Sesh Ticket Giveaway” (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of one of the forty-seven (47) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry who are current users of tobacco and nicotine products.  Employees, contractors, directors, officers and agents (as well as any immediate family member (spouse, parent, child or sibling; whether biological, adopted, step, or in-law) of and any person living in the same household as any employee, contractor, director, officer, shareholder, or officer) of Sesh Products US Inc. (“Sponsor”), Town Pump, Inc. (“Administrator”) or their affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, advertising and promotion agencies, wholesale distributors, retailers, and those of any other person or entity involved with the design, production, execution, or distribution of this Sweepstakes, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or to win any prizes.  Any Sweepstakes entries received from an ineligible participant will be disqualified.  The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.  Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules (“Official Rules”). Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as set forth herein.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: 

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Mountain Time (“MT”) on July 5, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on July 16, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Mountain Time shall control for all purposes of this Sweepstakes.

3. HOW TO ENTER:

1. Entry with Purchase (via the Pump It Up Rewards+ App or Pump It Up Rewards+ Account). During the Sweepstakes Period, purchase [any Sesh+ product] (a "Qualifying Purchase") at any [Town Pump location] and, at the time of purchase, link the transaction to your Pump It Up Rewards+ account by one of the following methods: (i) scanning the QR code displayed in the Pump It Up Rewards+ app (the "App"); (ii) entering your 11-digit Alt ID; or (iii) swiping your physical Pump It Up Rewards+ card.  Each Qualifying Purchase successfully linked to a Pump It Up Rewards+ account in this manner during the Entry Period will receive one (1) entry, subject to the entry limit below. Entry by this method requires enrollment in the Pump It Up Rewards+ program, which is free. More information regarding the Pump It Up Rewards+ program, including how to enroll, download the Pump It Up Rewards+ App, where to find your Alt ID, and how to apply your Pump It Up Rewards+ at the time of purchase can be found at https://www.townpump.com/rewards. If a transaction is not successfully linked to a Pump It Up Rewards+ account at the time of purchase, no entry will be recorded, and Sponsor has no obligation to award an entry for that transaction.

1. Entry without Purchase. See the Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) section below.

Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of method of entry.

A person may enter on multiple days during the Entry Period but will receive no more than one (1) entry on any single day, whether that entry is made with purchase, by AMOE, or by both. Any attempt to obtain more than one (1) entry per day by any means, including using multiple accounts, identities, or methods, will void the affected entries and may result in disqualification. The Administrator’s server clock is the official timekeeper for all entries, and each entry day begins at 12:00:00 a.m. MT and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. MT.

FREE ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase and without a Pump It Up Rewards+ account, during the Entry Period, complete and submit the online entry form at www.seshproducts.com/pages/sweepstakes-form by providing your required information, including first and last name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and ZIP code and following the on-screen instructions. Each completed AMOE submission successfully received will receive one (1) entry, identical in all respects to an entry submitted with purchase and with an equal chance of winning. The date and time the online form is received and recorded by Sponsor's servers will be the date and time of the AMOE entry.

The one (1) entry per day limit applies across all methods combined. A person who both makes a Qualifying Purchase and submits an AMOE entry on the same day will receive only one (1) entry for that day. Entries submitted in excess of the one-per-day limit through any combination of methods will be void.

The method of entry confers no advantage or disadvantage in the selection of winners; all entries have an equal chance of winning. A valid AMOE entry requires no purchase, no payment, and no Pump It Up Rewards+ membership.

5. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

By downloading, registering for, and/or using the App to enter or participate in the Sweepstakes, each entrant acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the App’s Terms of Use, available at https://www.townpump.com/terms, and any privacy policy referenced therein, each as may be amended from time to time.  The App’s Terms of Use are in addition to these Official Rules.  In the event of any conflict between the App’s Terms of Use and these Official Rules with respect to the conduct of the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules will control.

Downloading and using the App requires internet access; standard data, message, and carrier rates may apply, and Sponsor bears no responsibility for any such charges.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.  In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the App account.

Automated Entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification.  Entrants may not enter with multiple email addresses nor use any other device or artifice to enter multiple times or as multiple entrants.  Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses, multiple App accounts, or otherwise under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to register more times than permitted will be disqualified and forfeits all prizes won, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.  Should multiple users of the same email account enter the Sweepstakes and a dispute thereafter arise regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized account holder of said email account at the time of entry will be considered an entrant and must comply with these Official Rules.  The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the ISP or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses.  Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account subscriber. 

If entering with a mobile phone or other web-enabled device and using your wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply.  Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and any other applicable charges.  Entrants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. 

5. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING:

Random Drawing: Two (2) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about [July 17, 2026], from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstake Period.  Odds of winning depend on number of eligible Entries received. 

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE OBLIGATIONS:

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRIZES, TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE.  ENTRANTS SELECTED AS A POTENTIAL WINNER WHO DO NOT PROMPTLY RESPOND WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.  All prizes will be awarded.  Potential winners will be notified via email or phone call and will be required to respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours from the time of transmission of the notification indicating whether they are able and willing to accept the prize.  If a potential winner does not respond to the notification within the forty-eight (48) hour time-period, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected (time permitting).  The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.  Any alternate potential winner selected will also be required to respond to the notification within the time frame stated above.

Obligations of the Potential Winners:

• Potential winner will be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and, unless prohibited by law, a publicity release to Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours of prize acceptance. 

• Potential winner will be required to complete, sign, and return to Sponsor a [Release of Liability, Voluntary Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement] within forty-eight (48) hours of prize acceptance. 

Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, including verification that the winner was twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry, the potential winner will be declared an official winner of the Sweepstakes.  If Sponsor cannot verify that the potential winner was twenty-one (21) years of age or older prior at the time of entry, the potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected (time permitting).

In the event of a disqualification, a potential winner’s entry will not be returned to the pool of eligible entries.  Any alternate potential winner selected will also be required to adhere to the time periods described herein.  Any prize notification or prize returned to the Sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the potential awarding of that prize to an alternate potential winner (time permitting).

Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless, or land-line phone service or a change in an entrant’s email, phone number, or mailing address that may result in a potential winner’s not receiving initial prize notification or his/her prize information. 

7. PRIZE DETAILS:

Grand Prize:  Two (2) grand prize winners will each receive two (2) tickets to the concert “Logjam Presents & Live Nation: Post Malone – The Big Ass Stadium Tour Part 2 with Jelly Roll” scheduled to take place at the Washington-Grizzly Stadium in Missoula, Montana on July 21, 2026 (“the Event”). Approximate Retail Value is $188 USD+, before any taxes/fees. Any difference between any stated value and actual value will not be awarded.  If winner cannot accept the prize as specified, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate potential winner (time permitting).

Total ARV of all prizes: $376+ USD 

Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.  All additional expenses incurred are solely the winner’s responsibility.  Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation, any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, airfare, accommodation, ground transportation, food and beverage costs, and gratuities shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.  Each Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Sponsor. 

The prize and admission to the Event are subject to all terms, conditions, and restrictions imposed by the venue and/or the Event organizer, including conduct, security, health, and entry policies. By accepting the prize, the winner and any guest agree to abide by those terms.  The winner and any guest may be denied entry to, or removed from, the Event for failure to comply with venue or Event rules, or for conduct the venue, Event organizer, or Sponsor deems disorderly, unsafe, intoxicated, or otherwise objectionable, in each case without compensation.

Lost, stolen, mutilated, or unused prizes (i.e., ticket(s)) will not be replaced.  Neither Sponsor nor any Released Party will be responsible if the winner or any guest does not attend or use the prizes (i.e., ticket(s)) on the date of the Event for any reason.

Neither Sponsor nor any Released Party will be responsible if the Event is delayed, postponed, cancelled, relocated, or held without spectators, or if admission is otherwise unavailable, for any reason.  In any such event, Sponsor will have no obligation to award any cash, substitute prize, or other compensation in lieu of the affected prize, and the winner will not be reimbursed, for any reason.

Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor.  If a prize or any portion thereof cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.  Prize winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes they receive, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used.  Limit one prize per family or household.

8. PUBLICITY: 

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize offered constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, voice, biographical information, city and state of residence, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide and on the Internet without notice or review or approval as permitted by law.

9. RELEASE: 

By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which shall be final in all matters.  By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold harmless the Released Parties from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.  SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Sweepstakes or use/misuse or redemption of the Prize.  The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the prize.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, unintelligible, returned, or undelivered entries, telephone calls, text messages, or emails, or for lost, interrupted, or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, App, or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or network.  Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Sweepstakes, any associated website, or the App, or act in violation of the Official Rules, or act in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person, or violate the App’s terms of service, as solely determined by the Sponsor or Administrator, will be disqualified.  Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by users of the App or any associated website, tampering, hacking, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this Sweepstakes, and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized website access.  Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed, or like entry methods will void all such entries, and may subject that entrant to disqualification.  Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to a participant’s or any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes.  Should any portion of Sweepstakes be, in the Sponsor’s or Administrator’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes that, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Sweepstakes, or submission of entries, Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right at their sole discretion to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and randomly select the winner from valid entries received prior to action taken, or otherwise as may be deemed fair and equitable by the Sponsor.  In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an online entrant, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules.  In the event the Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural, or man-made epidemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not within the Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then, subject to any governmental approval that may be required, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes.  The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the ISP or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses.  All materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and/or Administrator and will not be returned. 

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND CHOICE OF LAW:

Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas in Austin, Texas, or the appropriate Texas State Court located in Travis County, Texas; and (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering any Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas.

12. PRIVACY POLICY:

The information you submit in connection with this Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor and Administrator for purposes of administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://seshproducts.com/policies/privacy-policy, and Administrator’s privacy policy located at https://www.townpump.com/terms.  If you are verified as a prize winner, your first name, last initial, city and state will be included in a publicly available winner’s list.

13. INVALIDITY:

These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued in accordance with law by a duly authorized representative of the Sponsor.  The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.  In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any of the entities or individuals involved with the Event, including, but not limited to, Logjam Presents, Live Nation, Post Malone, Jelly Roll, and any subsidiaries or affiliates thereof.

18. Short Form Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Purchase does not increase odds of winning. Open to legal residents of 50 US states and DC, excluding FL, NY, and RI, who are 21+ as of entry. Sweepstakes begins 7/6/26 and ends 7/16/26. Limit 1 entry per person per day. Transportation and all other expenses not stated are not included.
